Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are submitted. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST may be processed the following business day. 

Shipping methods and costs
Standard shipping is handled through UPS or Trexity, depending on the location. Large and fragile items must be picked up by someone designated by each location. Shipping costs are charged to the ordering location and will appear on the invoice. 

Delivery times
Average delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on location and courier availability. Remote or out-of-province locations may experience longer transit times. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Certain products are seasonal or special order and may have extended lead times. UNA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (such as weather or strikes).
